In a Culture of Pointing Fingers & Scapegoats, whos to B.L.A.M.E?
We cant deny the fact that we have all been caught up in a situation where you are being blamed for something you didnt do or say.
I often hear
the term “victimizing” being used. We
are accused of victimizing others in
lieu of advocating for our own
personal desires. In reality, this
accusation could not be further from
the truth.
»When that thought to be a friend of yours finds it easy to point blame at you when you in the headmasters office, for trouble he/she caused.
»When your boss uses you as he's/her scapegoat everytime they failed as management.
»When your coach singles you out after losing a match.
»Theres plenty of scenarios, they just never stop, but what should stop is people pointing fingers and using others as scapegoats for their own failures.
To be honest, Nobody should be made or feel like the bearer of blame or punishment that should rightfully fall on others. People should teach themselves that they should man up and take the fall for the wrong they bring upon themselves.
The winners are those who
learn to take full responsibility for
their actions. The losers are those
who blame others for their failures.
Awesome people dont
make excuses or blame others for
their own failures, mistakes or
letdowns. They stand by their
decisions and make adjustments not
excuses.
ALL BLAME IS A WASTE OF TIME! ! !
